Return & Refund Policy
On delivery, please inspect the packaging for damage. If it appears that the products are damaged, please refuse to accept shipment. We will refund the purchase price (excluding delivery charges, if applicable) as soon as the warehouse has handled your return.
If you are for whatever reason not happy with the products you ordered, you may return the products delivered to you within four (04) days after the delivery, as long as:
- The products are unwashed and not used in any way.
- The product is in its original, undamaged packaging (a carefully opened package will not be considered damaged).
- The product is complete.
- The product was purchased other than seasonal/discounted campaign.
Please return dresses with their hangers (if included), protective coverings, carriers and wherever possible, in the original outer packaging. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within four (04) days of receipt of your goods. We will refund the price paid for unwanted items but delivery charges, return charges or any duties and taxes will not be refunded.
You cannot return:
- Products that have been tampered with.
- Incomplete product or partial order.
- Customized products (size, style & fabric customization)
When the product is returned, you are expected to be refunded via your original method of payment. If you paid via Cash-On-Delivery, you will need to give our Contact Centre your bank details, including the account number, title, bank name and branch code. After the parcel is returned to our warehouse, we will refund the product value to you.
